I am not a gardener in the true sense of the word, but I do always get a thrill in seeing things grow. My small garden is functional enough. It does not require much maintenance work and just a little water sees to it that these hardy and self-sustaining plants are able to flourish. But on my list for the future is an organic vegetable patch. It is on my dream wish list. Also on my wish list is the desire to grow Instagram followers on my Instagram platform.
At the moment I am treating my Instagram platform as though it were a new toy. I dare say that once the soil has been tilled in my small patch out in the back of my rented property and the first seeds have been planted, I will be treating the growth of my first vegetables as gifts just received over Thanksgiving or Christmas. I have not been receiving birthday gifts from distant loved ones for quite some time. And what is the fertilizer I use to grow my vegetables, otherwise known as Instagram followers? I purchased a few to push the sprouts of my recognition out towards the sun.
It is a case of being fair. There was a time not too long ago when all these caring, kind folks did so much for me when I was going through the proverbial rough patch. You see, I lost my nine to five job and whatever package I had I simply blew it all away. The world’s great entrepreneurs have all said it before. It is good to be making mistakes because when you do, you can only learn from the experience.
You won’t be repeating it any day soon. Now losing the package is not something I would wish on some of my best followers out there. If you’re in a similar predicament as I was in back then, do your damnest to invest in the services of a qualified and competent financial planner as soon as possible. You need not worry because you’ll soon find that you’ll have more than enough to live on. Although it must be said that you’ll probably have to learn to make do with a little less than you have been accustomed to.
And anyhow, I just had to learn the hard way. While you are more than likely going to be advised to give starting up your own business serious consideration, I never got this advice. All I knew was that I had to come up with a plan before I was well and truly, well, you know. Just in the nick of time. While my mother was putting together the odd food parcel for me, my boffin of a brother introduced me to WordPress, Facebook and Instagram.
He somehow knew what I was good at and he also appreciated what I had an interest in. So, instead of slaving away for others nine to five, I’m now writing about the things that matter to me the most. Like starting up my green organic vegetable patch. I’ve already started a blog about this for interested readers.
